Most popular item would be the Chicken Parmesan fresh hand tenderized chicken breast panneed in Italian bread crumbs topped with homemade marinara finished with mozzarella & provolone cheese.

Consistency and the ability to cater to our guests needs and special requests.
What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?
To keep reinventing ones self listening to your staff and especially your guests while being creative.
What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?
Over coming Salute being the first restaurant back on the beach after Hurricane Katrina.
What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?
Facebook has been amazing being able to bring our product to so many and to be able to get instant feedback, It’s just a great way for us to grow and improve.
