ELIGIBILITY:<\/strong> \u00a0The Parts Town \u201cPartsMATCH Assistant\u201d Sweepstakes (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d) is open to individuals who, as of the date of entry, are legal residents of and residing in the 50 United States (includes DC), who are 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. \u00a0Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. HOW TO ENTER: <\/strong>\u00a0No purchase, entry fee, payment, or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate.\u00a0 To enter the Sweepstakes, you must submit a PartsMATCH Assistant parts ID request (a \u201cRequest\u201d) using the Parts Town iOS or Android app during one (or all) of the four weekly Entry Periods.\u00a0 In order to make a Request, you will need to (i<\/em>) register for a Parts Match account and (ii<\/em>) download the Parts Town app (the \u201cParts Town App\u201d) for either iOS or Android.\u00a0 Account registration is free, and registered users have no additional obligations upon registering for an account.\u00a0 The Parts Town App is available as a free download at https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/partstown\/id399259573<\/a> (iOS) and https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.partstown.mobile<\/a> (Android).\u00a0 Using the Parts Town App, submit a Request using the instructions providing in the Parts Town App.\u00a0 Upon submitting a Request during one of the four weekly Entry Periods, you will automatically receive an entry into that week\u2019s sweepstakes.<\/p>\n

The quality and content of Requests will not be judged and will not affect your odds of winning.\u00a0 PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a Request is all that is required to receive a sweepstakes entry; there is no obligation to purchase a product in order to participate in the Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. <\/strong>Limit four (4) entries per person during the four-week promotion period (i.e.<\/em>, one entry per Entry Period). Non-winning entries from earlier Entry Periods will NOT rollover to subsequent Entry Periods. For purposes of clarity, users may submit multiple Requests during each Entry Period; however, only the first Request for each Entry Period will be treated as an entry into that week\u2019s sweepstakes.<\/p>\n

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Central Time on the following days: August 15, 2015 (Entry Period #1); August 22, 2015 (Entry Period #2); August 29, 2015 (Entry Period #3); and September\u00a05, 2015 (Entry Period #4). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries.<\/p>\n

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (\u201cARV\u201d): <\/strong>\u00a0One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries for each Entry Period.\u00a0 The winner for each Entry Period will receive a $250 promotional credit applied to the winner\u2019s Parts Town account.\u00a0 The $250 credit must be used for parts available for purchase at the Parts Town website, http:\/\/www.partstown.com<\/a>.\u00a0 Unless prohibited by law, the $250 promotional credit expires after five (5) years.\u00a0 Additional restrictions may apply.<\/p>\n

The total ARV for each prize is $250.\u00a0 The total ARV for all prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes is $1000.<\/p>\n

Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prize are subject to the manufacturer\u2019s and\/or service providers terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers and\/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same ARV. \u00a0Prize consists only of item(s) specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, installation, service activation fees and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes.\u00a0 Prizes will be fulfilled two to four weeks after the drawing.<\/p>\n

SELECTION OF THE WINNER:<\/strong> \u00a0One (1) randomly selected winner will be awarded the prize for each Entry Period. Prize winners will be chosen by a drawing at the end of each Entry Period from among all eligible entries received.\u00a0 The drawings will take place on or about the following dates: August 18, 2015 (Entry Period #1); August 25, 2015 (Entry Period #2); September 1, 2015 (Entry Period #3); and September 8, 2015 (Entry Period #3). Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the Official Rules by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final. Tentative winners will be notified on or about August 19, August 26, September 2, and September 9, 2015 for the respective Entry Period drawings by one e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the winner\u2019s account, and the tentative winner will be required to respond within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification by email or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and\/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required and, if so, must be returned within the specified time or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner chosen.<\/p>\n

PUBLICITY RELEASE: \u00a0<\/strong>Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner\u2019s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice and\/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.<\/p>\n

RELEASE:<\/strong> \u00a0By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use\/misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n
