The Core team, which I have mentioned previously in this space, consists of fifteen of Parts Town’s most dedicated and skilled representatives who devote their time to taking remarkable care of our regular customers. \u00a0They are people who have proven time and again the importance they place on their customers’ satisfaction. \u00a0They truly exemplify our values, most especially the ideal of going the extra mile. \u00a0Because of their efforts, Parts Town’s regular customers are never left wanting for anything.<\/p>\n

“We develop a good rapport with the technicians and general managers of the restaurants,” says team member Pat Rygula. \u00a0Others agree, noting the fact that frequent customers enable their representatives to grow familiar with their individual needs. \u00a0“We get to know the restaurant’s equipment,” Rygula adds. \u00a0In fact, each member of the Core team has a familiarity with the machines used by their customers, making it that much easier for team members to help customers troubleshoot problems and get the parts they need.<\/p>\n
