Dedicated to the management of incoming calls, the members of this team make it their business to handle every customer interaction with a positive attitude. They answer every call in three rings or less and efficiently direct customers to the representatives they need. Every day, this intrepid team manages the highest call volume in the company, and they do it without missing a beat or losing their smiles.<\/p>\n

“We keep each other sane with silly shenanigans throughout the day,” says team member Dawn<\/a>, describing how she and the rest of the team are able to remain upbeat all day long. “We look out for each other and we help each other succeed. It’s a fine art to be able to balance the need to transfer a customer efficiently to the person who can help them with their issue while still taking the time to make them feel heard.”<\/p>\n
