\nOur food quality is top notch, and we’ve won numerous awards for great food and service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nWhat one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?<\/em><\/p>\n

 
\nNever say no to a customer. The answer should always be yes, and honor special requests.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nWhat is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?<\/em><\/p>\n

 
\nMaintenance and upkeep of all the equipment. We have a lot of refrigeration equipment, and cooking equipment, so we have a lot of repairs. It really pays off being a handyman and knowing how to fix just about everything. I was very pleased to find out about Parts Town for this reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nWhat strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?<\/em><\/p>\n

 
\nWe have a web page<\/a>, a mobile app web page<\/a>, and we stay up to date on Facebook<\/a>, Twitter<\/a>, Linkedin, Foursquare, and Google +1. I use Hootsuite to keep my daily specials and communications up to date, and I use Constant Contact to send out emails on a regular basis. It is very important to have a strong internet presence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How has your relationship with Parts Town been?<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI have been very happy with Parts Town because they have the parts needed for just about any piece of equipment I might need to repair. I’m able to order on line, and I’ve called with questions and received prompt courteous help.
