Not one day has gone by that I have not learned something new. Having opportunities to grow makes coming in to work very exciting.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another thing that I noticed is that I like everybody. There is simply not one person in this place that is not nice, kind or helpful. There is something to be said about a company where everybody gets along, work hard and have fun while doing it. Obviously, the hiring of the right individuals has been a priority at Parts Town.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\"><\/div>\n<p>You also can\u2019t help but notice the organization\u2019s growth. In the year I\u2019ve spent here we have gained many new customers, expanded our manufacturer base, enlarged our warehouse to accommodate additional parts and are in the process of increasing our office space. All these are signs of a successful company. I appreciate the continued updates from management on how the company is doing in terms of achieving our goals. A lot of emphasis is placed on the fact that every employee contribution is essential to our success, just as it has been throughout Parts Town\u2019s history. I am look<span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">ing forward to continuing this trend and following in the footsteps of those who have been here longer than I have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\"><\/div>\n<p>The thing that I have enjoyed the most this year has been building relationships with some of our customers. Lucas, Jose, Denny Ernie, Aldanis ( living the dream) Lamont &#8211; after a year of working together, these guys just don\u2019t call to purchase parts; they take the time to ask how I am doing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\"><\/div>\n<p>My first year at Parts Town has been a very positive and memorable experience.
