Our Great Food, Great Service and Great Value! Consistency in the quality of food and service is extremely important as is offering variety on the menu. The quality of our food and service is always great and we change our specials daily.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pay attention to detail; Watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Controlling costs while still maintaining equipment and offering value with our menu in this economic climate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We focus quite a bit of our marketing efforts on Facebook<\/a> and it has really benefited us. Facebook really is the new word of mouth. We also maintain an email list of folks that like to receive our Newsletter and of course maintain a website<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How has your relationship with Parts Town been?<\/em><\/p>\n
