Kettle Won’t Heat At All

  • Machine is unplugged or turned off.
  • Kettle is tiled.*
  • Water is low.* 
  • Defective On / Off switch* 
  • Defective 12 VCD display*
  • Defective safety thermostat*
  • Defective contactor(s)*
  • Defective potentiometer (temperature control)*
  • Defective low water level probe*
  • Defective thermistor*
  • Defective 240/16 VAC transformer*
  • Defective control box*
  • Defective elements*

*Contact an authorized technician to remedy the issue.

Kettle Not Hot Enough

  • Air in steam jacket needs to be vented.*
  • Defective safety thermostat*
  • Defective potentiometer (temperature control)*
  • Defective thermistor*
  • Defective contactor(s)*
  • Defective control box*
  • Defective element(s)*

Kettle Overheats

  • Defective thermistor*

Red LED Stays On
