Adamatic Belshaw Ecotouch Convection Oven Troubleshooting
If you’re having issues with your Adamatic Belshaw oven, you’ll want to do some troubleshooting to ensure that any quick fix can be made before needing to call a service technician. Here are some Belshaw Ecotouch convection oven troubleshooting tips you can use to diagnose the problem quickly.
Common Adamatic Belshaw Ecotouch Issues
- The fan doesn’t constantly run – This is normal. The fan is programmed to turn on and off during bake cycles to promote even baking and better airflow within the oven.
- The Ecotouch convection oven fan doesn’t run – The fan doesn’t run at all during the non-glazed donut program because it can overheat the donuts.
- The donuts aren’t coming out hot – The program for glazed donuts is only meant to heat the glaze to 110°F so that the glaze will set and dry properly. It’s not meant to bake the donuts.
- The cleaning program doesn’t get the oven clean – This program is not meant to clean the oven on its own. It’s meant to work with the operator to get the unit clean. The program sprays hot water in the oven to break down glaze and make it easier to wipe out.
- The Ecotouch convection oven display changes color – The color coding helps tell the operator what’s going on with the oven. If the bar is red, the oven is preheating. If the bar is blue, the oven is cooling off. If the bar is green, the oven is ready to start the bake cycle.
