These tips are applicable to Anets pasta cooker models such as the GPC Pasta Pro Series. This includes specific models like the GPC-14, GPC-18 and GPC-20.
Water is Cold or Unit Not Heating Up
- Gas supply is fully or partially closed - Fully open the gas supply valve.
- Gas line is disconnected - Reconnect the quick disconnect of the gas line.
- Inadequate gas pressure - Contact an authorized service technician.
- Pilot isn’t lit - Follow the manual instructions to light the pilot.
- Unit isn’t plugged in - For electric models, plug in the unit.
- Unit isn’t turned on - Turn on the unit.
- Temperature setting is too low - Adjust the temperature setting.
- Safety valve knob is in the “Pilot” position - If the pilot is burning, adjust the knob to ON.
Pilot Won’t Stay Lit
- Loose wiring - Contact an authorized service technician.
- Pilot flame is too small to heat the thermopile - Contact an authorized service technician to make adjustments.
- Dirty pilot burner - Remove and clean the pilot burner.

Burner Flame is Too Large

- Thermostat is faulty - Contact an authorized service technician.
Basket Raise or Lowering Issue
