Struggling to understand why your Antunes InfiniSteam unit isn’t working properly? We can help you with the most common problems you might run into. Below we will go over Antunes InfiniSteam troubleshooting and some solutions that can get units working perfectly.

Excessive steam from cavity

  • Cavity drain screen plugged
  • Drain hose kinked or air gap blocked
  • Remove both drawers and clean drain screens
  • Ensure hose isn’t kinked and 2 in. air gap is maintained

Excessive water from cavity

  • Cavity drain screen plugged
  • Drain hose kinked or air gap blocked
  • Water fill solenoids clogged
  • Steam solenoid valves clogged
  • Remove both drawers and clean drain screens
  • Ensure hose isn’t kinked and 2 in. air gap is maintained
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

Steamer doesn’t heat

  • Steamer unplugged or circuit breaker tripped
  • Cavity drawers not engaged
  • Loose component connections
  • Plug in unit or flip circuit breaker
  • Push in both cavity drawers all the way
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

Steamer not reaching temperature

  • GUI settings changed
  • Voltage issue
  • Adjust GUI settings, set boiler temp to 268 F
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

Steamer constantly draining - doesn’t build temp or pressure

  • System buildup/blockage
  • Drain valve malfunctioning
  • Turn unit off and run clean cycle
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

Steam escaping from rear panel

  • Boiler temp set too high
  • Safety valve error
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

Water escaping from rear

  • Water inlet hose error
  • Vent overflow
  • Reconnect or replace inlet water feed hose
  • Contact an authorized service agent to assist

System error displayed on GUI

  • System error
  • Turn steamer OFF then ON again. If error continues, contact an authorized service agent to assist
