The best way to keep your Atosa unit running like new is to keep it cleaned. With our Atosa holding cabinet cleaning instructions, you can ensure fresh product and a well-working machine no matter how long it’s been in your care.

Supplies

  • Cloths
  • Sponge
  • Mild dish soap

How to Clean an Atosa Holding Cabinet

  • Step 1. Make sure the unit is unplugged and cooled down.
  • Step 2. Open the door and remove the stainless steel pan.
  • Step 3. Dump any water that was in the pan.
  • Step 4. Remove the module from the cabinet by lifting up the front to clear its detent, then pull away from the module.
  • Step 5. Slip the power cord through the clearance hole at the rear of the cabinet.
  • Step 6. Remove the slide racks.
  • Step 7. Clean the removed parts in the sink with a non-abrasive sponge and mild soap.
  • Step 8. Thoroughly rinse the parts.
  • Step 9. Place all components back into the unit.
  • Step 10. Push the power cord through the plastic snap bushing in the rear of the cabinet and install the module.
