Pizza Oven Not Hot Enough / Takes Too Long to Heat Up

Pizza Oven Not Cooking
Bottom of Pies Are Undercooked

Micro sliders are too open | Close micro sliders to lower temperature on top |
Operator is leaving pies in the same spot | Rotate pies around oven cavity during cooking |
Bottom of Pies Are Burned
Problem | Solution |
Micro sliders aren’t open enough | Open micro sliders to increase temperatures on top |
Deck temperature is too high | Lower temperature to between 50℉-75℉ |
Fan speed is too powerful | Reduce fan speed |
Pies Are Cooked Unevenly
Problem | Solution |
Areas near the oven walls are typically hotter | Rotate pie 180° during cooking or place in center of oven cavity |
Pizza Oven Burner Not Lighting
Problem | Solution |
Gas valve is closed | Turn gas valve to PILOT and relight |
Thermopile is defective | Please contact an authorized service technician |
No gas | Check gas supply |
Not enough gas | Check and test gas flow |
Blocked supply line | Check supply line and call an authorized service technician if necessary |
Faulty valve | Have valve inspected and replaced by an authorized service technician if necessary |
Faulty thermostat | Have thermostat inspected and replaced by an authorized service technician if necessary |
Booster Burner Won’t Light/Stay Lit

Gas valve is shut off | Turn on gas supply valve |
Supply line is blocked | Check supply line for blockages or kinks |
No electricity to oven | Check circuit breaker |
Unit is unplugged | Plug in oven |
Switch is in the “OFF” position | Turn on oven |

Pilot Light Not Lighting/Won’t Stay Lit

Kink in the valve supply tube | Check supply tube for kinks or pinches in line |
Blocked supply line | Check supply line for blockages and call an authorized service technician if necessary |

Dirty pilot orifice | Clean pilot orifice |
Not enough gas / low gas flow | Check gas pressure |
Wrong orifice | Replace orifice with the correct one |

Dirty contact | Clean and adjust jumper wire at thermostat and/or thermopile |
