Alarm Codes
Code A03—Derating
Cause: Temperature is too high
Solutions:
- Lower the water temperature
- Lower the room temperature
- Lower the load
Code A05—Data Memory Alarm
Cause: Data memory has been corrupted
Solution:
- Step 1—Reset the default settings using parameter P68 from your owner’s manual.
- Step 2—Wait 10 seconds after the reset.
- Step 3—Restart the pump. If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
Code A06—LOW Alarm
Cause: Lack of water in system
Solution: Check the tank’s water level.
Code A15—EEPROM Write Failure
Cause: Damage to data memory

Code A20—Internal Alarm

Error Codes
E01—Internal Error Communication
Cause: Internal communication has been lost
Solution: Stop the pump and keep it off for 5 minutes. Afterwards, restart the pump. If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
E02—Motor Overload Error
Causes:
- Motor current is too high
- Current absorbed by the motor is too high
Solution: Stop the pump and keep it off for 5 minutes. Afterwards, restart the pump. If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
E03—DC-Bus Overvoltage Error
Causes:
- DC-bus overvoltage
- External conditions
Solutions:
- Check the system configuration

E04—Blocked Rotor
Causes:
- Motor has stalled
- Rotor is out of regular synchronization
- Rotor is blocked

E05—EEPROM Data Memory Error

E07—Motor Winding Temperature Error
Cause: Motor’s thermal protection has tripped
Solutions:
- Check for any blockages near the rotor and impeller. Remove as needed.
- Check the water and air temperatures
- Stop the pump and keep it off for 5 minutes. Afterwards, restart the pump. If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
E08—Power Module Temperature Error
Cause: Frequency converter protection has tripped
Solution: If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
E09—Generic Hardware Error
Cause: Hardware error
Solution: Stop the pump and keep it off for 5 minutes. Afterwards, restart the pump. If the issue continues, contact an authorized technician.
E11—LOW Error
