BevLes Heated Holding Cabinet Cleaning
Keeping your BevLes heated holding cabinet clean is an essential part of your preventative maintenance routine. Not only does cleaning help keep food products safe to consume, it also helps ensure your unit continues to work properly. Learn how to clean your BevLes HRH Series and HTS Series model heated holding cabinet with these instructions.
Daily Cleaning
- Step 1—Turn off power and unplug the unit.
- Step 2—Let the unit cool down completely before cleaning.
- Step 3—Remove all the pans and hangers from inside the unit. Wash these in the sink and allow to dry thoroughly.
- Step 4—Wipe down the interior with warm, soapy water.
- Step 5—Wipe down the control panel with a damp cloth, making sure to not use too much water.
- Step 6—Reinstall the hangers and pans, then leave the door partially open overnight to allow the interior to dry.
Weekly Cleaning
- Step 1—Remove the top air ducts from each side of the cabinet. To remove, lift them up and pull away from the internal wall.
- Step 2—Remove the bottom air ducts from each side of the cabinet. These can be removed the same way as the top air ducts.
- Step 3—Thoroughly clean the air ducts at the sink and allow them to dry completely.
- Step 4—Reinstall air ducts starting with the bottom ones first, then the top ones.
Monthly Cleaning
Each month, simply vacuum the openings at the center of the rear panel.
