BevLes Heated Holding Cabinet Instructions

BevLes heated holding cabinets are perfect for restaurants, fast casual establishments, pizza places and other commercial kitchens. They allow you to heat up and hold the temperature of hot food items so they can be enjoyed at any time. Not only is your BevLes heated holding cabinet convenient, it’s also easy to use. Below we have operating instructions for BevLes Temper Select holding cabinets so you know how to properly use and program your unit.

HTS Series

Standard Controls

  • Step 1—Turn the power switch to ON.
  • Step 2—Set the thermostat to your desired temperature.
  • Step 3—Let the cabinet preheat for 30 minutes.

Digital Controls

  • Step 1—Turn the power switch to ON.
  • Step 2—Push and hold the “Push to Set” button.
  • Step 3—Set the thermostat to your desired temperature while holding the “Push to Set” button.
  • Step 4—Release the “Push to Set” button to lock in the set temperature. This will also display the current temperature of the unit.
  • Step 5—Let the cabinet preheat for 30 minutes.

Programming the Timer

Setting Cooking Temperature

  • Step 1—Press the “COOK” button.
  • Step 2—Use the arrow keys to set your desired temperature.
  • Step 3—Press the “SET” button to lock in cooking temperature.

Setting the Hold Temperature

  • Step 1—Press the “HOLD” button.
  • Step 2—Use the arrow keys to set your desired temperature.
  • Step 3—Press the “SET” button to lock in cooking temperature.

Setting the Cooking Time

  • Step 1—Press the “TIME” button.
  • Step 2—Use the arrow keys to set your desired temperature.
  • Step 3—Press the “SET” button to lock in cooking temperature.

Programming the Probe

Setting the Cook Time, Hold Temperature or Probe Temperature

  • Step 1—Press the “Probe/Time” until the LED lights up for the mode you want to set.
  • Step 2—Press the “Probe/Time” button once again, then use the arrow keys to set the desired cook time or probe temperature.
  • Step 3—Press the “SET” button to confirm your selection.
