Cadco produces some amazingly convenient commercial countertop ovens that are perfect for smaller commercial kitchens. In the rare case that something may go haywire with your unit, you’ll need to figure out a solution fast. That’s where we come in. Problem: Oven Won’t Turn On

Possible Causes

  1. No power to unit
  2. Safety thermostat has engaged to prevent overheating
  3. Issue with oven

Possible Solutions

  1. Make sure the unit is plugged in
  2. Reset the safety
  3. Contact an authorized service technician

Problem: No Humidity is Produced in Oven (Dynamic Models Only)

Possible Causes

  1. Water inlet is closed
  2. Issue with water connection to oven
  3. Water tank is empty
  4. Water supply filter is clogged

Possible Solutions

  1. Open water inlet
  2. Check and correct the water connection
  3. Fill water tank
  4. Clean the filter

Problem: Oven Won’t Start After Time Has Been Set

Possible Cause

  • Door is open or hasn’t been shut properly

Possible Solution

  • Make sure the door is shut before proceeding

Problem: Door Gasket Won’t Fully Seal

Possible Causes

  1. Gasket is dirty
  2. Gasket is damaged
  3. Fault with door handle mechanism

Possible Solutions

  1. Clean the gasket with a damp cleaning cloth
  2. Replace door gasket
  3. Contact an authorized service technician
