Integra equipment contains a 5 digit serial number starting with the letter I and followed by 4 numerals. 

  • Model Prefix – I
  • Sequential digits – 4 numerals

Ascent 

You’ll be able to identify Ascent models by its 10 digit serial code number, starting the first 3 digits off with ASP and ending in a 7 numbered lineup.

  • Model Prefix – ASP
  • Sequential Digits – 7 numerals

Xpress

The shortest Concordia serial number labels its Xpress models. It’s only a 5 numeral code. Don’t be fooled, though, this model doesn’t include a model prefix!

  • Sequential Digits – 5 numerals

Xpress Touch 

You’ll be able to tell if you have an Xpress Touch model if you see a 8 digit serial code that starts with the letters XT.

  • Model Prefix – XT
  • Sequential Digits – 6 numerals 

Ascent Touch 

If you’re wondering how to look up your Concordia Ascent Touch serial number, identify the 8 digit code starting with the letters AT.

  • Model Prefix – AT
  • Sequential Digits – 6 numerals
