Concordia XpressTouch Coffee Machine Troubleshooting

Is milk not flowing in the coffee machine? Are drinks overfilling, or is the display empty? If you need help with Concordia XpressTouch Coffee Machine Troubleshooting, we have you covered. Coffee Machine Troubleshooting

Display is Blank

When the display on the Concordia coffee machine is blank, check the following:

  • Power switch is turned “ON”
  • Unit is plugged into outlet
  • Breaker is flipped

No Milk Flow

For no milk flowing, look at these to try and resolve the issue:

  • Check milk containers are in unit
  • Make sure milk pick-up tubes are inserted all way into milk containers
  • Make sure milk pick-up tubes are fed into middle of the container
  • Check milk pick-up tubes for kinks or bends
  • Try running a cleaning cycle

Machine Won’t Operate

If the machine won’t operate, make sure that:

  • All doors are closed
  • No error messages on touch screen
  • Grounds bin is correctly positioned
  • Power cord is plugged in
  • Power switch is turned “ON”
  • Circuit breaker isn’t tripped

Inconsistent Cup Fill

If all the drinks are overfilling or underfilling, try running the machine clean cycle to resolve the issue.
