Pilot Light Doesn’t Ignite

Gas control knob in OFF position | Turn knob to ON position |
Loose or dirty connection to ignition module | Clean or tighten the connection |
Ignition cable shorting out | Check for damage or contact with metal |
Defective ignition module | Replace defective module |
Unit is 100% lock out | Turn unit off and try again in 5 minutes |
Dirty flame sensor | Contact an authorized service agent for help |
