The Electrolux Professional SpeeDelight comes with four main one-touch functions to provide peace-of-mind and ease-of-use in the commercial kitchen. Each feature serves its own purpose to ensure that any type of product is evenly cook and customizable.
- HAS YOUR BACK - The lid of the SpeeDelight automatically lifts when cooking or grilling has completed, meaning the food isn’t in danger of burning.
- PERFECT SQUEEZE - The upper plate of the press will settle with the right amount of pressure, making sure that nothing slips out and the sandwich retains its shape.
- IDEA MATCHER - A variety of customizable programs that can all be set with a touch of a button, leading to a virtually unlimited menu.
- TRIPLE PLAY - Provides a perfectly even temperature thanks to a combination of 3 different technologies: infrared radiation, microwaves and contact plates. This ensures that the temperature is perfect throughout the entire product, no matter what you cook.
Energy-Saving Mode
This feature allows you to use 60% less energy when prompted by the machine. The SpeeDelight switches to stand-by after a pre-set amount of time from 1 to 60 minutes. Simply close the cover once you’ve received the stand-by notification, and Energy Saving Mode will engage.
Smart Connection
Thanks to wi-fi connectivity and a USB port, you can track, update and share menus and recipes on the SpeeDelight using any connected mobile device.
