  4. Product’s been held for too long


  1. Keep doors closed except when loading and unloading product
  2. Increase the thermostat setting to a higher number

  4. Hold product for recommended time only


Cabinet steaming but product becomes soggy


  1. Too much humidity inside cabinet
  2. Product has been holding for too long
  3. Units with adjustable vents—vent isn’t set properly


  1. Empty water pans
  2. Hold product for recommended amount of time
  3. Adjust vent according to user manual


Product’s dry


No water in pan


Add 1” of hot water to pan


Cabinet won’t heat to set temperature


  1. Thermometer isn’t indicating true temperature
  2. Doors are being left open too long
  3. Gasket is worn or damaged


  1. Check cabinet temperature with another thermometer; have thermometer replaced if inaccurate
  2. Keep doors closed except when loading and unloading product
  3. Replace gasket


Both blowers not working

Product’s dry


  1. Humidity setpoint is too low
  2. No water in pan


  1. Increase setpoint in Special Program Mode (SP-4)
  2. Fill water pan

Fuse is blown


Have 15 amp fuse changed


Cabinet won’t heat to set temperature
