Fryer Exterior

  • Inspect for leaks
  • Ensure the unit is sitting level on the surface
  • Inspect the electrical cord and plug
  • Clean the condensation box and seal the seams
  • Clean the drain pan

Heat System

  • Tighten the heating element spreader bars
  • Inspect the thermometer probe
  • Inspect burner jets (600 only)
  • Inspect and clean the pilot assembly
  • Inspect for excessive oil migration behind the control board

Pump Oil/ Fill Fry Pot

  • Test the filtration system
  • Check the amp draw of the heating elements
  • Check that the manifold pressure matches the data plate and gas type of the fryer

Pressure System

  • Inspect the deadweight
  • Inspect the lid latch, catch and latch spring
  • Clean and lubricate the safety pin, thrust ball, locking collar and spindle
  • Lubricate the lid cross arm
  • Inspect the lid gasket
  • Adjust the limit stop
  • Clean the safety relief valve
  • Clean the solenoid valve
  • Inspect the pressure gauge
