Supplies

Avoid spraying water at the bottom or near the motor since this may damage the gear motor and electrical parts. Additionally, don’t steam clean the spin basket or lid cover as this may cause damage, too.

- Step 3. Dry the interior - Soak up any remaining moisture with a clean cloth, then allow the inside surfaces to air dry before placing the lid cover on the unit.
Maintaining the Tank Exterior

- Step 2. Rinse the exterior - Wipe away any excess sanitizing solution with a damp cloth.
- Step 3. Dry the exterior - Remove any remaining moisture with a soft cloth, then let the outside surfaces air dry before continuing.
- Step 4. Apply stainless steel polish (SDPS units) - Use a clean cloth to apply polish to the stainless steel exterior surfaces of SDPS machines.
Washing the Spin Basket and Lid
- Step 1. Clean the spin basket and lid - Wash the dryer basket and lid with detergent-sanitizing solution intended for plastic that comes into contact with food.
- Step 2. Rinse the basket and cover - Clean off any remaining sanitizer, dust or debris with a damp cloth.
