Unit Won’t Start

  • Spinner isn’t plugged in - Plug the power cord into an outlet.
  • Power cord is faulty - Contact an authorized technician to remedy the issue.
  • Unit isn’t turned on - Rotate the knob on the timer past the “Turn Past” mark to switch the unit on.
  • Circuit breaker is off or tripped/fuse is blown - Turn the circuit breaker on. If issues persist, contact a licensed electrician for assistance.

Machine Vibrates When Running

  • Spin basket is overloaded - Reduce the amount of product in the spin basket so that it’s no more than 3/4 full.
  • Product isn’t distributed evenly - Distribute the lettuce or other items evenly in the spin basket.
  • Casters aren’t locked - Lock all the casters in place before operating the unit.
  • Lid isn’t secured - Ensure that the lid is on the unit tightly before use.
