Resetting a Duke Oven

Some ovens will have a reset button that makes it easier to reset the unit. Other units might need different steps to get it back up and running:

  • Resetting the controller - Resetting the controller might be a way to fix the oven if it loses a program or becomes locked up. Power off the oven, then press and hold the  toggle/clear button while turning the power back on. 
  • Flipping the circuit breaker - Another simple way to reset the oven is to flip the circuit breaker to the oven. Flip the breaker off for a moment, then flip it back on. The oven might require you to turn it on again.
