Supplies

Wunder-Bar Auto-Saucer Vat Cleaning Instructions

  • Step 1. Prep the sink with the water and cleaning solution recommendations found on the Stera-Sheen Green Label Solution.
  • Step 2. Remove the vat by pulling the bottom of the vat outward and lifting the vat up and off of the pump assembly.
  • Step 3. Remove the cover from the vat and flush any remaining sauce out with warm water.
  • Step 4. Remove the float from the vat and rinse out any remaining sauce before washing.
  • Step 5. Wash the vats, covers and floats in the sink with the Stera-Sheen Solution and a sponge.
  • Step 6. Fill the sink with hot water and rinse the vat, cover and flat guide.
  • Step 7. Fill the sink with Stera-Sheen Solution and let the components sit for 1 minute.
  • Step 8. Place the vat, cover and float on a clean drain board to dry.

Inlet Strainer Cleaning Instructions

  • Step 1. Prepare the Stera-Sheen Green Label Solution.
  • Step 2. Pull the strainer away from the strainer outlet.
  • Step 3. Using a wet towel, remove any debris in the strainer outlet.
  • Step 4. Using a second clean towel saturated with the cleaning solution, wipe down the strainer outlet.
  • Step 5. Rinse the strainer under warm water.
  • Step 6. Soak the strainer in the container of Stera-Sheen for 5 minutes.
  • Step 7. Using a bristle brush, brush off any sauce from the holes of the strainer.
  • Step 8. Thoroughly rinse the strainer under warm water.
  • Step 9. Soak the strainer in the second container of Stera-Sheen Solution for 1 minute.
  • Step 10. Remove the strainer from the solution and let air dry.
  • Step 11. Replace the strainer by attaching it to the strainer outlet and pushing it into place.

Nozzle Cleaning Instructions

  • Step 1. Prepare the Stera-Sheen Green Label Solution.
  • Step 2. Grasp and turn the nozzle clockwise until the silver dots are aligned.
  • Step 3. Pull the nozzle down and away from the mount and set aside.
  • Step 4. Wipe down the nozzle mount with a wet towel to remove debris.
  • Step 5. Take a second clean towel saturated with Stera-Sheen Solution and wipe it down.
  • Step 6. Let it air dry before installing the nozzle.
  • Step 7. Soak the nozzle in the first container in the Stera-Sheen Solution for five minutes.
  • Step 8. Use a brush to clean out any remaining sauce.
  • Step 9. Soak the nozzle in the second container of Stera-Sheen Solution for one minute and let it air dry.
  • Step 10. Install the nozzle so that the silver dots align.
  • Step 11. Turn the nozzle counterclockwise until it stops.

Auto-Saucer Sanitizing Instructions

  • Step 1. Place a clean sauce catch pan under the nozzle to capture any sauce remaining in the system. Insert the plunger into the pump inlet.
  • Step 2. The display should read “Food Court.” Double press the Sanitize button.
  • Step 3. The display should now read “Ready Capture Sauce.” Position a clean pan on the turntable and press Dispense/Enter.
  • Step 4. The display should read “Manually Capture” “Use Basket” and any usable sauce should be dispensed.
  • Step 5. Install the nozzle cleaning adapter onto the nozzle mount. Turn the adapter counterclockwise to lock in place.
  • Step 6. Place the hose-end into a waste bucket or sink.
  • Step 7. Install the pump cleaning hose assembly into the pump inlet.
  • Step 8. Place the vat filled with Stera-Sheen Solution in front of the sauce dispenser.
  • Step 9. Place the dip tube into the vat.
  • Step 10. Press the Dispense/Enter button to begin the 3-minute wash cycle.
  • Step 11. When the timer reaches 03:00, the pump will stop and the display will read “Ready to Rinse” “Press Enter.”
  • Step 12. Press Dispenser/Enter to start the 2-minute rinse cycle.
  • Step 13. The 2-minute rinse cycle will continue until the timer reaches 05:00. The display will then show “Dwell After Rinse.”
  • Step 14. The 1-minute Sanitizing Cycle will automatically start after the Dwell Cycle.
  • Step 15. The Sanitizing Cycle automatically stops when the timer reaches 07:00 and the display reads “Sanitize Completed” “Press Cancel.”
  • Step 16. Move the operation switch to OFF , then remove the pump inlet sanitizer adapter and hose from the pump inlet.
  • Step 17. Pull down on the nozzle adapter to remove the adapter from the nozzle mount.
  • Step 18. Install the clean nozzle into the nozzle mount.
  • Step 19. Grasp the pump inlet strainer and pull the strainer off of the pump inlet tube.
  • Step 20. Use a bristle brush to remove any remaining sauce from the holes.
  • Step 21. Wash, rinse and sanitize the vat outlet strainer, then push the strainer back into the vat outlet.
