Supplies
Instructions
- Step 1. Unfasten the hex nuts and brackets - Take off the installation hardware (mounting plates, hold-down brackets and hex nuts) that are attached to the tower when it arrives.
- Step 2. Drill a hole for each tower - Bore one (1) 3.5” (8.9CM) diameter hole through the surface on which you want to install the beer tower. Remember not to make extra holes for the threaded rods and trunk housing as this isn’t necessary.
- Step 3. Install mounting plates - Attach the mounting plates on the underside of the surface. If you’re installing the tower on a steel countertop, skip this step.
- Step 4. Attach support brackets - Install the hold-down brackets on the bottom side of the surface.
- Step 5. Interlock mounting plates - Make sure that the mounting plates are interlocking each other and flush with the surface before progressing with the installation process.
- Step 6. Install the hex nuts - Attach the hex nuts, tighten them by hand and then use a wrench to twist them 1 to 1.5 turns until they fit snugly.
- Step 7. Check the tower’s stability - Make sure the tower is installed firmly by pulling on the outermost faucet with some force, similar to how a busy bartender might grab the faucet when filling beer glasses in a busy environment.
