How to Set Nitrogen Pressure on a U-Line JoeTap Dispenser

Having the correct pressure set on your JoeTap U-Line dispenser helps ensure that your nitro cold brew comes out at the right consistency. Thankfully, the steps to adjust the pressure are easy to follow. Take a look at our video guide and the steps below to successfully set the nitrogen pressure on your JoeTap U-Line cold brew dispenser.

Setting the Nitrogen Pressure on JoeTap U-Line Dispenser

Make sure that pressure is set to around 20-30 PSI. Start at 25 psi on the regulated gauge and 7 PSI at the infuser regulator when making adjustments.

  • Step 1—Turn the red regulator valve off.
  • Step 2—Turn the black knob on the nitrogen tank counterclockwise until it stops.
  • Step 3—Turn the red regulator valve on, turning it ¼ clockwise until it stops.
  • Step 4—Loosen the locking nut to adjust the screw until desired pressure is reached, then retighten the locking nut.
  • Step 5—Pull out the middle knob to unlock and turn it to 7 PSI.
