How to Sharpen the “S” Blade
It’s important to sharpen the “S” blade regularly, especially if frequently used. Follow these instructions to get the blade nice and sharp:
Step 1. Put on cut-resistant gloves.
Step 2. Use a Robot Coupe sharpening stone.
Step 3. Hold or clamp the blade flat on the corner or edge of a sturdy table.
Step 4. Using your other hand, hold the stone at a 30 degree angle against the top bevel of the blade.
Step 5. Pull the stone into the blade’s edge moving from the hub to tip until the blade is sharp.
