Jackson DISHSTAR HT-E Dishwasher Shutdown & Cleaning Instructions

  • Step 1. Close the door and press the Power button to turn off the unit.
  • Step 2. The drain pump will activate and drain out the existing water.
  • Step 3. Once the draining stops, remove the strainers, clean them and set them aside.
  • Step 4. Unscrew the wash and rinse arms.
  • Step 5. Check the nozzles for obstructions and flush them out with water.
  • Step 6. Replace the end caps and tighten with a screwdriver.
  • Step 7. Check the float for debris.
  • Step 8. Wipe out the interior of the unit.
  • Step 9. Put the rinse and wash arms back in place.
  • Step 10. Replace the strainers.
  • Step 11. Use stainless steel polish to clean and coat the exterior of the unit.
