How to Use a Crown Steam Tilt Kettle
Step 1. Fill the kettle to the desired levels with product.
Step 2. Slowly turn the steam control valve ON to the full open position.
Step 3. The product should boil 3-4 minutes per gallon.
Step 4. Regulate the steam control valve depending on the type of product being prepared.
Step 5. Once finished cooking, turn off the steam, remove the food and clean the kettle to prevent residue from drying on the kettle bowl.
