Using a Dough Press - How to Use a Dough Press

Dough presses are great for pressing a variety of different doughs., such as pizza, dessert, calzones, appetizers, and more. A dough press is useful because it helps press dough evenly every single time to ensure you are getting consistency with your dough thickness. They’re also incredibly easy to use to press out dough quickly. This guide will show you how to use both an electric and a manual dough press.

How to Use a Manual Dough Press

  • Step 1. Grease the platen - Apply cooking grease to the bottom platen.
