Operating the Steamer
Don’t forget to clean the steamer before and after use to ensure that it stays in top form.
Step 1. Add water to tank - Pour up to 7 quarts of water into the water tank
Step 2. Plug the unit in - Plug the cord into the outlet, making sure not to use any adapters
Step 3. Turn unit on - Flip the power switch on and turn the thermostat control to “Preheat” until steam is generated. This usually is about 30 minutes
Step 4. Turn unit to cook - Turn the thermostat down to the “Cook” setting
Step 5. Add hot dogs to tray - Place hot dogs onto the hot dog tray and allow them to to heat thoroughly
Step 6. Add buns to rack - Turn the thermostat to the “Hold” setting and place buns into the bun rack
Step 7. Add water as needed - Make sure to add water as needed to ensure the unit doesn’t go dry
