How to Use an APW Wyott Soup Warmer

APW Wyott’s line of soup warmers are ideal for cafeterias, delis, sandwich shops and other commercial foodservice spaces that want to serve up hot, fresh soup. They also help keep soup and other food products at the ideal temperature so they remain safe to consume. Using APW Wyott soup warmers is also very easy, so anyone in your staff can operate them for added time management efficiency. This user guide is applicable for the RW-1V, RW-2V, RCW-7 and RCW-11.
- Step 1—Add hot water that’s around 120°-140° F (50°-60° C) to the well pan.
- RW-1V will require 3 cups.
- RW-2V will require 5 cups.
- Step 2—Turn the thermostat to the “High” setting and let the well preheat for 10 minutes.
- Step 3—Place the covered inset with the preheated food product into the well. Cook on the “High” setting.
- Step 4—Keep the food product warm by turning the control to “Low” or “Medium” depending on the amount and thickness of the food product.
- Step 5—Keep the well covered to ensure that the food product stays at the ideal temperature.
