Huebsch Front Load Washer Won’t Fill

There could be a variety of things causing your washer not to fill properly. Before calling a technician, check these aspects of your unit:

  • The cord isn’t plugged in
  • The fuse blew
  • The controls aren’t properly set
  • START wasn’t fully pressed
  • The loading door isn’t tightly closed
  • The hot and cold faucets aren’t on
  • There’s a kink in the fill hose
  • The filter screens are filled with debris

Front Load Washer Won’t Start

If your Huebsch washer isn’t starting right or at all, check the following to see if one of these common issues is preventing your machine from working correctly:

  • The cord isn’t plugged in
  • The fuse blew

  • Make sure you’re using low-sudsing detergent
  • Make sure the laundry load isn’t too much

Too Many Soap Suds

  • Laundry machine may be overloaded

Vibrates/Moves Slightly

  • Make sure the washer is level
  • Make sure all of the rubber feet are installed on all four legs

Too Noisy

  • Make sure the washer is level

Load Comes Out Too Wet

  • Washer load may be unbalanced
  • Load is too small

Wrong Water Temperature

  • Make sure the temperature settings are correctly set
  • Check the fill hoses
  • Make sure the laundry room water heater is adjusted properly
