Lancer Undercounter Beer Dispenser Daily Cleaning

Starting off the shift and even ending the day with a clean dispenser is crucial. Make sure you touch on these areas every day:

  • Step 1. Prepare the cleaning solution.
  • Step 2. Using a damp cloth and cleaning solution, wipe down the top cover and all exterior surfaces.
  • Step 3. Wipe down the cup rest, drip tray and all splash areas.
  • Step 4. Replace the cup rest.

Lancer Undercounter Beer Dispenser Monthly Cleaning

As with most equipment, a monthly deep cleaning will be necessary to keep the unit running properly. Here are the Lancer undercounter beer dispenser cleaning instructions to follow each month:

  • Step 1. Remove the front panel of the unit.
  • Step 2. Remove the magnetic air filter.
  • Step 3. Clean the air filter with cleaning solution.
  • Step 4. Rinse the air filter and let it dry.
  • Step 5. Replace the magnetic air filter.
  • Step 6. Pull out the air compressor assembly.
  • Step 7. Turn the air compressor switch to OFF.
  • Step 8. Open the manual relief valve and wait until the air tank is empty.
  • Step 9. Close the manual relief valve.
  • Step 10. Turn the switch back to AUTO.
  • Step 11. Slide the air compressor assembly back into place.
  • Step 12. Put the front panel back on and screw into place.
