Not Working and Display is Blank

  • Appliance has no power - Make sure that the machine is plugged in to an outlet with power and switched ON. 

Food Not Cooked Correctly

  • Appliance not clean - A dirty appliance can cause food to be cooked incorrectly. Clean the interior and perform essential maintenance. 
  • Food not at right temperature - Make sure that the unit was set to the correct temperature for the type of food.
  • Wrong program selected - Select the correct cooking program for the type of food being cooked.
  • Food wrapped - Unwrap all food before cooking.
  • Food removed early - Check if all of the cooking stages have been followed correctly before removing food. 

Unit Won’t Finish Cooking

  • Appliance door open - Close the appliance door and make sure it is firmly shut.
  • No air filter or filter incorrectly fitted - Refit the air filter or insert an air filter if there isn’t one.
  • Appliance overheating - Allow the machine to cool down. Check the area around the air vents and make sure these are clear of obstructions.

  • Appliance malfunctioning - Contact a factory authorized service agent to help with this issue.
