We will help you through dispensing and refrigerator cabinet issues so you can get your dispenser running like new again. 

Dispensing Issues

Problem

Cause

Solution

Coffee not dispensing

  • Product line not primed
  • Product keg empty
  • Keg connectors not connected
  • Low nitrogen pressure/No nitrogen pressure
  • Nitrogen supply tank empty
  • Nozzle clogged
  • In-line strainer/filter clogged
  • Flow compensator, infuser or check valve clogged
  • Open both plain and nitrogen taps and let flow to prime lines
  • Change out the keg
  • Check the keg connectors
  • Open nitrogen tank valve, adjust pressure, or change nitrogen supply tank
  • Change out nitrogen supply tank
  • Remove and clean nozzle
  • Clean filter
  • Contact an authorized service technician

Coffee is watery

  • Coffee not prepared correctly
  • Change product keg with keg of correctly prepared coffee

Product flowing slowly from valve

  • Nozzle clogged with debris
  • Filter clogged with debris
  • Nitro pressure gauge set incorrectly
  • Flow compensator closed
  • Remove and clean nozzle
  • Remove and clean filter
  • Make sure pressures set correctly
  • Contact an authorized service technician

Product doesn’t look nitrogenated

  • Nozzle doesn’t have diffuser installed
  • Check if nozzles were reversed. Nozzle with diffuser disc should be on Nitro side of tower

Nitrogen supply tank off

  • Turned off when tank swapped/installed
  • Tank incorrectly shut off during keg change
  • Check nitrogen tank
  • Check nitrogen tank

Hissing sound coming from nitrogen tank

  • Regulator nut leaking
  • Tighten regulator nut or check for missing washer inside regulator nut

Puddle of product on floor

  • Bottom catch pan missing
  • Bottom catch pan full
  • Missing or damaged o-rings
  • Find catch pan and replace
  • Empty and clean catch pan
  • Install or replace o-rings as needed

Drip pan under taps has standing coffee

  • Drip pan full
  • Empty and clean drip pan

Foam dispensing from valve

  • Cold brew temp above 45 degrees
  • In-line strainer/filter clogged with debris
  • Attach keg of cold brew chilled to below 45°F
  • Clean filter

Keg connectors won’t go onto keg posts

  • Incorrect connector
  • Not pulling up on connector release ring while connecting
  • Make sure IN connector is gray and OUT connector is black
  • Pull up on ring around connector to allow it to slip over IN or OUT post and lock into place

Refrigerator Cabinet Issues

Warm drinks

  • Ice packs not frozen
  • Too much warm product in cabinet
  • Prolonged door openings or doors ajar
  • Cabinet door not closing
  • Door gasket torn or damaged
  • Replace ice packs and replace warm product keg with chilled product keg
  • Replace warm product keg with chilled product keg
  • Check doors are closed when not in use
  • Check door gasket clean, not damaged and installed correctly
  • Replace door gasket

Leaking internally

  • Check in-line filter bowl and o-ring
  • Missing or damaged o-rings
  • Depressurize unit and remove filter bowl to check
  • Install or replace o-rings as needed
