DHB and EHB Series Troubleshooting

- Tighten the 3 screws on the module and cover and make sure the end cap is present on the right side of the last base

Units will not heat/power on
| Units are not securely connected

- Tighten the 3 screws on the module cover and make sure the end cap is present on the right side of the last base.
- Check and tighten the screws holding the bases together, and make sure the expansion bases are powering on

E03 | Upper Heater Error | The heater is open and/or the heating relay is shorted or closed

E04 | Lower Heater Error | The heater is open and/or the heating relay is shorted or closed

E05 | Recover Error | The set point temperature was not reached in time
|
E06 | Non-Volatile Memory Error | The memory was corrupted in the main base
|
E07 | Configuration Error | The unit was unable to set configuration during power up
|
E08 | USB File Upload Error | The USB file was corrupted and could not be uploaded
|
E09, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15
