Step 1. Check the power cord.

Solution
Water is leaking out of the door
The door isn’t fully closed
The door seal is worn or damaged
Close the door completely with the door handle pointing downward
If that doesn’t help, replace the door seal
There’s noise in the cooking cabinet while the unit is in use
The air baffles or hanging racks aren’t fixed correctly
Replace the lamp
The cooking cabinet light isn’t working
The halogen lamp is defective
Replace the lamp
Water is running out of the bottom of the unit
The unit isn’t level
The drain is blocked
Level the unit with a spirit level
Remove and clean the outlet (HT pipe) on the back of the unit to remove any blockages
The unit doesn’t turn on
The external main switch is off
The fuse has been tripped
The ambient temperature remains below 5 degrees celsius for a long time
Switch on at the main switch
Check the fuses on the circuit board
Heat the cooking cabinet to above 20 degrees celsius
