Hot Food Table Cleaning
- Step 1 - Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down before cleaning or moving.
- Step 2 - Drain the water from the wells.
- Step 3 - Using a clean, damp cloth, wipe the interior of each water pan and well. Don’t use any abrasive materials, cleaners or scouring pads.
- Step 4 - If using any soap or cleaning chemical, thoroughly rinse away with clean water.
Cold Food Table Cleaning
- Step 1 - Remove all food product from the wells.
- Step 2 - Remove any food product that has been spilled on the ice and discard it.
- Step 3 - Place a bucket under the drain and allow the water to drain into the container. If the ice isn’t melting fast enough, use warm water to speed up the process.
- Step 4 - Using a clean, damp cloth, wipe the interior of the well and surface areas.
- Step 5 - If using any soap or cleaning chemical, thoroughly rinse away with clean water.
