Do the following procedures shortly after the spill:

  • Step 1. Identify areas where wet grease or liquid landed on the oven cooking surface.
  • Step 2. Grab a healthy pinch of salt (about a 1/2 tsp.) and apply it to the spills. Wait about 2-3 hours for the salt to sit.
  • Step 3. Once the cooking compartment is cool, wipe up the salt and spill with a soft cloth.
