How to Adjust the Holding Temperature
Your adjustments are going to be made on the unit’s controller.
- Step 1. Press and hold the P5 and P7 buttons until SEtH appears on the controller display.
- Step 2. When the display flashes, press P7.
- Step 3. Use P5 to raise the temperature and P6 to lower it.
- Step 4. Press P7 to set the holding temperature.
