Beverage-Air Undercounter Refrigerator Door Not Closing Properly

The door was overextended and the self-closing feature is broken.
Contact an authorized technician to repair the hinge.
The door gasket is dirty or damaged.
Wipe down and inspect the gasket. If needed, replace it.
The cabinet isn’t level.
Adjust the cabinet by rotating the foot or placing large washers between the stud and suitable material.

The temperature is set too high.
Decrease the temperature by pressing the DOWN arrow button.
