Not Cooling or Turning On
- Power cord is unplugged - Plug in the power cord.
- Power switch is turned off - Turn on the power switch.
- Dirty or worn condenser filter - Depending on the model, clean or replace the filter.

- Impeller agitator isn’t moving - Try adjusting the impeller agitator or contact an authorized service technician.
- Compressor or thermostat is faulty - Contact an authorized service technician.
- Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the circuit breaker.
Leaking
- Loose dispenser valve in the bowl - Adjust the dispenser valve.

- Bowl gasket is misaligned or worn - Adjust or replace the gasket.

- Valve o-ring is nicked, twisted or deformed - Adjust or replace the o-rings.
- Lid isn’t seated properly - Adjust the bowl lid.
- Bowl is cracked - Replace the bowl.
- Bowl isn’t seated properly - Adjust the bowl.
