Mixer Won’t Run
- Unit isn’t plugged in - Plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet.
- Bowl guard isn’t fully closed - Check if the guard is fully closed by rotating it to the right.
- Mixing bowl isn’t fully raised - Raise the bowl to the highest position.
- Timer is set to 0 - Adjust the timer by following your specific model’s owner manual.
- Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the breaker.
- Speed lever isn’t switched fully into position - Adjust the lever to the desired setting.
- Unit is turned off - Turn on the unit.
Mixer is too Noisy
- Mixer isn’t level or feet aren’t attached - Check if the mixer is level and that the rubber feet are properly installed. Make adjustments as needed.
- Mixing bowl isn’t seated in the cradle properly - Adjust bowl in the cradle and securely lock it with the lock clamps.
- Batch size is too large - Keep batches near or at the line on the bowl to prevent overloading.
