Follett Countertop Ice Machine Not Working or No Power
If a Follett machine isn’t working or won’t power on, check these troubleshooting tips below before contacting an authorized technician:
Issue | Fix |
| Unit is unplugged | Plug in unit |
| Water supply is closed | Open water supply line |
| Unit has entered standby mode | Press either ice or water dispenser button to return unit to normal operations |
| Unit is in maintenance mode | Press and hold maintenance/clean switch |
| Unit is in cleaning mode | Press and immediately release maintenance/clean switch |
