Holding Food on Top of Carter Hoffmann Crisp n' Hold

Being able to properly hold fried treats like french fries and chicken requires the right equipment. Otherwise, you could be left with soggy or dried-out product that will end up wasted in the trash.   • Tip #1: Hold plates at the top of the unit - Towards the back of the unit, the top gets very hot. By simply placing a plate there, it can keep it warm, along with the food on it. It holds them within safe zones and gives you additional space for holding product without eating up valuable kitchen space. 
  • Tip #2: Warm plates in the unit - Smaller plates fit perfectly inside the Crisp N’ Hold. If you’re looking to get plates warm and aren’t currently storing any fried food in the unit, you can place plates inside and safely warm them up before putting delicious meals onto them.
