Adjusting the Temperature
Hoshizaki recommends keeping the temperature anywhere between 36-41°F.
Increasing temperature - The controller on the base of the prep table has up and down arrows to make adjustments. For increasing the temperature, press the up arrow until you’ve reached the desired setting.
Decreasing the temperature - Using the same controller on the base of the prep table, use the down arrow to decrease the temperature setting.
